i had great days staying at this boutique hotel. the setting was unbeatable, near to the fitness center, a historic and walkable downtown with a choice great restaurants and bars and the paint creek trail. i was surprised at nearby beyond juice, they had some goodies, drinks.

The location was good for first time visitors to Rochester. Visited few places in the center, not very far from the hotel.

Clean and beautiful place with perfect views of the garden. The room is new-fashioned. The staff is outstandingly accommodating. The location is stunning and particularly good, very close to downtown. It's also not far from nature along the Paint Creek. Close to shops and eateries on the city's Main Street as well as all the restaurants.

A wide array of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone. We stayed in reasonably large room with the terrace that also had wake-up service. Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Blackheath Golf Club.

Had the most delightful afternoon enjoying the Royal Tea service. The tasteful holiday decorations created the perfect ambiance. The place settings were beautiful and the 3-tier melody of goodies paired perfectly with our tea. The attentive hostess made our visit even more pleasant. a highly recommended experience.

The hotel lacked the amenities we expected, such as a swimming pool and sauna, which would have enhanced our Easter retreat. The menu at the restaurant was limited, and we had to eat out most of the time.
